Thoughts on some mods I want to do

I am in the process of getting ready to mod up my truck and take care of some issues well inside of it. I am planning on starting with the mkmcustoms 6.0 solution kit for ARP studs and EGR delete. I was going to get the new fuel banjo's from ford well I am in there.

And I was curious on what you guys think of this set up I was going to run. An SCT tuner with tunes from ? (haven't decided this part yet), the 155 EDE injectors, with the garret powermax turbo, and swamps 48v FICM with the banks intercooler and intake

I already have the banks monster exhaust and ram air intake, it was on the truck when I picked it up. You think that would be a pretty good setup, or wouldn't I need the turbo upgrade. I would like to keep stock fueling as I just want more fun without going all out on this truck. And I have thought about water/meth injection sometime in the future if needed. Figured if it is all apart might as well do it all at once.

Last question...anyone know if I can buy a test pipe to take the cat off that will work on the banks kit, or just need to get a measurement and cut my own and put it in there? Thanks for the help

Sounds like a plan, but also think about an AirDog 2 to keep those injectors happy and give them a long life. Also, I'd add in FICM tuning.

Thanks man, you think I will need an AirDog2 or stock setup would be fine? And the FICM I was talking about was swamps with the flash, unless anyone knows if mine is good if I can just do a flash or something to it or will I have to send it off to get done?

Yea sounds good. EDE has made good injectors but has also made some bad ones. Get the extended warranty or get Full Force Diesel injectors.

OBSWIZ is also a sponsor on this site. Cary goes by CT Performance on this site. No need to go to PSN, just PM him here, he will answer.

Adam at First Coast Diesel Performance is also a sponsor and vendor for Ryan Casserly's injectors.

As for your triple A-pillar gauges, you can monitor boost and egt from the Insight. I wouldn't waste the space on the A-pillar for stuff I already have available on the Insight. Fuel Pressure is a good one since that isn't here on the CTS. The other 2 I would use for oil pressure. Both Low presuure and High pressure.

I don't know about 155cc injectors but my 190s from cass really sucked the fuel down. I would recommend an airdog II
