SCT problem

I have an sct x3 that i am trying to use on my truck. It was installed on another 6.0 that i had but that truck was returned to stock before i sold it. So the programmer is unlocked. I had originally had 3 canned tunes on it. Now, after updating it i only have one tune and it has a strange name. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I followed the instructions on the sct website for all of the updates.

So you updated the device and now you only have one tune on the device and before you had three?

I thought i had 3. i had whatever comes on the x3. what do they usually come with? it probably seems weird that i dont know, but i only used it for custom tunes. i never really payed attention to the canned tunes. but i was gonna use the canned tunes on this truck.

When you tune the vehicle it says Strategy Tune select that, then it will say Turn Key on, turn key off. After that it will say select User Options, then it will say default or save options, select default and everything will be in there Tune Type, Performance, Street and Tow.

That worked. not sure what i was doing wrong before but i did exactly what you said and everything was there. this is probably a dumb question but the level of tunes goes tow, street, then performancce right?
