03 Turbo boost

I have an ISSPRO boost gauge run to my intake manifold and running the SCT with IDP custom tunes I have seen 40 PSI of boost stock turbo. Doing a little more research I have found that the inlet just before the compressor is approx 3/10 in larger than the 05,06, and 07. I am not sure if thats the reason why or if its the 9 vanes that the 03 turbo has.

What for boost has anyone else seen with they're truck?

Most i have seen with my stock 06 turbo was 35psi.....30psi with the stage 1 turbo

40 lbs sounds high! Most I've seen running a hot SCT file was 35ish. I did see 40 lbs when the vanes were sticking.

I only hit about 28psi with my 03 turbo.

I have to agree somehow. Our 03 seems amazingly quick.

Most 6.0 guys I talk to say that 32 is about the max... I am not sure what the computer reads and how accurate the computer reading actually is... But I know what the gauge says and thats 40. Mind you thats not all the time and thats the max I have seen

The most I have seen out of my truck is 27 or 28 psi! 2003 F250

Me too, when I had the stock '03 turbo I'd max out at 35psi with an extreme files. With the stage 1, max is 30psi with extreme files.
