SCT tuner blank screen

I have the SCT X3 tuner for my truck. I keep it in my house so it's not thrown around or abused. I tried to plug it in the other day and the screen lights up blue but nothing else happens. I plug a friends tuner in and it powered up fine. any suggestions or number i can call to get it fixed. I'm sure i need my stock program.

you need to update ur firmaware and tune revision, this happened to mine...if that dont work youll have to reformat the mmc card which isnt hard at all but try updating the tune revision and firmware with the latest program and see if that helps.....pm me for any questions

What is the serial number on the back of the device? The Newer devices don"t have a memory card anymore, so formatting the device you don't have to do. If you have any issues let me know.
