http://www.flickr.com/photos/38782539@N08/5024300667/still have a little cleaning up to do but bascilly thats it, dont know if it helps but like every one says its free. did not see any reason to cut one large hole like everyone else has but to just allow the air to flow better to the airbox with out restricting the air flow

I did kind of the same thing, only with a "screen". I cut one big hole in the rad support, my first screen was just that, "ss" screen, I recently removed that and replaced it with an aluminum plate with several 1/2" holes drilled in it.

I'm going back to the big hole with a SS screen soon though
