I got the BD diesel stainless cat delete 4" single out turbo back, looks like the same as MBRP. It sounds awesome and not annoying on long drives. I would say its worth it to pay extra for the stainless if you plan to keep the truck for a while. Looks very nice under there as well & I love the 5" tip.

2006 Fthreefidy FX4 Lariat, ARP studs, EGR delete, 4" TB BD X-hale exhaust(JUNK), RCD 2.5" level kit w/Bilsteins, Nitto Terra Grapplers, SCT Livewire, Liberator Y pipe, Dieselsites Coolant filter & Delo ELC, Zoodad mod, Swamps HOT FICM, Matts SRL++ & tow tunes, CCV Mod, CompuStar 2way alarm/remote start
To do list: fluids changed out to synthetic,HID's, .

i bought diamond eyes 4 inch stainless steel turbo back with 6 inch tip for 330 shipped
its a true 4 inch down pipe where i believe mbrp only uses 3.5 inch downpipe unless otherwise stated but i could be wrong. i know the exhaust i got priced out from mbrp was expensive and had 3.5 inch dp.
