please help really confused

Hi there i have a 2003 f350 diesel and im looking at lifting it 6 inches. my buddy also has a 03 f350 but gas and he want to sell me his lift. will a lift for a 03 gas f350 work on a 03 f350 diesel.

don't think so. the front springs are different cause the diesel engine weighs more

everything is the same except the front springs, they come with heavier spring rate for heavier engine... if you get it cheap enough you could try and and maybe it would get only 4 inches of lift

it might let it set level also, most of the fords I have seen set a little lower in the back including mine
