how to install the egt probe on a sct live wire

so i am getting a sct livewire 9600 i want to install it myself and i dont know were do i drill the sct egt probe at and what else do you have to do to get the livewire installed

For the egt probe it would be better to take off the driver exhaust manifold then drill and tap. This is so that the shavings can be cleaned out and not get in the turbo. Or just do it on the truck. I did it on the truck because I could not get some of the bolts off. RUST!!! I even used allot of PB blaster and time to soak.... But that was my situation

Here you go 3-Gauge Install Pictures
Like it said do not use grease after i drill it out i had a small magnet and bent a paper clip into a small L and taped it to the magnet ran it inside a few times then when you tap it go back and forth so you don't mess it up and only run the tap in 1/2 way or your probe may go it to far the deeper you go the bigger the hole

I shop-vacced the living heck outta my manifold after I drilled the hole. It's been a few thousand miles since, and no turbo probs
