Insight tranny temp...?

I'll apologize in advance cause I'm sure there is a post on this some where but I just got my edge insight cs, how do you get it to monitor trans temp? Right now it just says N/A, do I need a different probe or am I missing something? Thanks for the help!

What year truck? I have an 06 with the Insight CTS and it DOES show tranny temp right out of the box.

Did you run the Fusion software to check for software updates before installing?

No I did not that might be a good idea. But okay thats good news cause mine is an 06 as well. Thanks! How to I check that for updates? I was just looking at their website and just noticed that it says the software will not work on mac computers which I have ha. But to check for updates just run the cd and connect the insight to the computer via usb?

Install the Insight software from the CD, connect to your computer via the USB cable, and then launch the Fusion software. If you don't get anywhere, email EDGE Technical Support. They are very responsive and customer service oriented.
