SRL tune

I'm thinking about calling matt and getting this tune. To the guys running this... have you seen anything negative long term or is it still Ok? Also does he give discounts for .org members?

Discounts ? whats that ?? he's not a sponsor here so probably not. If your gonna pay for a tune then you pay for a tune. I run matt's tune on 3 different turbo's been very helpfully and good on updates as well.

I dont think he gives discounts either. His tune is much better than the canned tunes, his tune is the only one ive had other than canned but its been great. no issues at all, low EGT's and I really like the response at highway speeds. it doesnt downshift under light to moderate acceleration. im happy with it but i do want to try innovatives tunes to compare.

I have innovatives Xtreme street and its ok. Don't like the shifting too much. Shifts very hard to me, But ALOT of power!

See, from what I've heard, firm shifting is the best. I had my tranny slip a few times on Vivan's tunes (smooth shifting) so I went back to stock and changed the fluid. Still on the stock tune now, but I'm about to get Innovative's Xtreme Street and load her up.

I've run 'em all and hands down for shifting and everyday good power, I like Matt's SRL the best.

I carry 2K worth of tools and materials with me everyday and it does real good, my truck weighs in right at 10K.

Srl is the best tune I have ran. Great shifting and great power. The low speed/rpm shifts are so much better than my X-street. Mileage is better as well. There are a lot more reasons I like the srl better and I could get eric to write me an x-street that does these, but it doesn't bother me that much.

I like firm shifts, and the SRL provides them and it does it well. I had one weird hiccup when it wouldnt upshift and i redlined the engine . luckily i let off as soon as i realized what was happening. it hasnt happened since and the tranny fluid is in good shape. I have enjoyed the tune but i wish i knew how much power is at the wheels. maybe one day ill stop being cheap and dyno it.
