What's the best tuner out there?

I have a SCT now, I think it says SF3 on it. it has a stratedy tune, mild, aggressive tow, and extreme. It only seems to get enough fuel to spool the garrett supermax 64mm vgt at the extreme level. Which programmer holds the most custom tunes? I'd like to have quite a few, economy, mild, wild, extreme, tow, heavy towing...I'd like to hear suggestions. This truck is mostly for work, the tunes now don't fuel enough on the bottom to spool the turbo under load. It isn';t bellowing any smoke. The first time it happened to be, I had a flat bed trailer hooked behind with about 8k lbs on it and pulled out into traffic, with the stock turbo and just a edge it gotup and hauled ***. I pinned it, on a medium setting, sat there, almost got hit by a truck and then it finally took off...help me out here, thanks

^^^What he said.....get your tunes made for that turbo.
I dont think you can get a programer that holds more than 3 custom tunes at one time, I just keep my extra tunes on my comp and switch them out as needed.

You really dont need more than 4 tunes. I have aggressive tow, Street, Xtreme street and stock tune. Those four cover all my needs.

Aggressive Tow- 65HP

I have also heard that there are other tuners that can wright tune for it as well maybe KEM Havent looked in to it, Matt's tunes are top notch so im not looking for more.
