Straight pipe on 05 with 4"down pipe

I know there are plenty of topics about this but every time I put in a search I come up with so many random threads my eyes started to hurt. I am looking to take off the Muffler on my exhaust and curious if the drone in the cab or out the tip gets to much or annoying? I currently have a 4" turbo back MBRP with no Kitty. I have the hook up with a smog guy in SoCal so thats not an issue.

RCD 4.5" lift with Airlift system, 4" MBRP turbo back minus KITTY & MUFFLER, AFE Stage II Pro Gaurd 7 intake, SCT X3 with Custom tunes, EDGE CTS for gagues with Pyro Probe, ARP studs, BPD Egr, Updated FORD oil cooler, Diesel Site Coolant Filter, AirDog II, 6.4 Banjo's, Upgraded BLUE fuel pressure spring, autometer in cab fuel pressure gaugs, Mag Hytec rear Diff cover, Full HID Xeon lights with HID Foggs, Recon LED tail and 3rd break lights all on 35X12.5R20's Toyo M/T's, XD Misfit rims.

Yeah if you pull a load bring earplugs cause at 2200 rpm's it starts to get real loud.

i dont have muffler or cat and my drone is very minimal. doesnt bother me, im loving my straight pipe more and more everyday

I have the banks monster exhaust with just the muffler on and i love it! Its quiet when just cruising, all you hear is the whistle. But when i get on it, then it opens up!!!! And gives off that distinctive Ford exhaust tone!!

Cut off my MBRP muffler yesterday and had a test pipe welded in and ya around town it is a lil loud and annoying. Drone isnt bad but exhaust note out the pipe is loud till you break that 2200 rpm mark. Not sure if I will keep it off or put muffler back in.
