exhaust install

gettin a 4 inch tb mbrp straight pipe, been lookin on how i will go about takin off the stocker, that heat wrap on the downpipe, do i unwrap it or just cut through it? lloks like theres not much room to put a sawzall blade. and also i saw the bolt on the firewall that ineed to cut for more clearance?

Just cut it at the bend of the downpipe right before the transmissions crossmember.

Like /\ he said, then snake it out, I got mine in without cutting that little bolt but it was a fight...lol.
