Custom Tune Strategy

Hey guys I bought a used x3 tuner. it has tunes written for the vfxc4 strategy. My truck is a 06 f250 which has startegy vfxc9. I am taking it tomorrow to power hungry performance to have it flashed back to vfxc4 strategy for fuel mileage issues. will the already written custom tunes for the vfxc4 startegy work after it is flashed back?

I believe that the existing tunes will work for you fine once rolled back, as when you get custom tunes, all they need to know is for what strategy. Bill or Cody at PHP can certainly confirm that for you when you're there!

My VXCF4 tunes continued to work fine after my VXCF9 flash. I updated them anyway. All but my IDP tunes. Ted told me it'd be $80 to update my xtreme street. wtf?

^^ thats why i went with Vivians tunes! Although i will be trying Erics extreme race down the line, once i get the egr delete in and possible studs
