where should i put probe for egt gauge,
before after turbo ?

Egr gauge? Or egt gauge? Egt gauge should always go pre turbo. Mine was in the rear of the driver exhaust manifold. As for oil I believe the best way is to get a billit oil cap with a threaded port for it.
