Who produces the best tunes for SCT and why you like them!!

OK, I am in the market for a couple good high power tunes for MPG and Fun, along with a great tow tune that can pull and shift like it's supposed to. Please post what tune you have, who it is from, and why you like it.

you cant go wrong with innovative diesel... did you already have a SCT or were looking for a whole setup.... BTS is also very good...

I use Cale on my '04 Excursion..safe for a stock motor and the trans shifts like its suposed to after all Cales is Brians son at BTS. We are a dealer for Cale and BTS. If you would like additional info or pricing please PM me.

I have ran Innovatives X Street, Cale's 140hp, and am currently running Matt's SRL (street race light) All three on a stock motor with stock head bolts.

I personally prefer Matts SRL. All three make comparable power (seat of pants feel) Cale's shifting is tops with Matts a close second and Innovative close third. I like Matts tune because it feels a little stronger pulling through the RPMs and the smoke cleans up best of all three on the top end

heres my from my experience. Every truck is different though

erics x-street runs smoothest and shifts best on my truck what i run now

dj newest tune looney tune but i think its wrong name. Ran just as good maybe even faster than x-street. Didnt like the the shift and how hard it started in cold weather

matts-srl loved the easy drive pedel, something just didnt seem right when on my truck. Hard to discribe sorry.

The last tune i tried was elite insanity. Power was ok, start up was real hard and whistled louder than normal untill the truck was to normal operating temps.

I do believe all the tunes could have been worked on to get everything right. Hopes this helps its just my .02 cents

I should have added more info. I have a 05 F250 CC 4X4 with the EGR delete, 4" exhaust from the turbo back, head studs, a full set of pilar guages, and a SCT tuner currently running the canned high hp tune. I am looking to turn up the mpg and fun factor along with a tune that I'll plan on using to drag around the horses, camper, boat, or whatever with out running my EGT's out the roof.

I am having the same exact problems as you, and Vivian can't see to figure it out. And I'm looking for a little firmer shifting, as hers will slip when my transmission is real cold. I'm bout to get Extreme Race, Extreme Street, and Tow from Eric, as I think he knows what's best for these trucks.
