03 turbo swap

Hi i was just wondering what the benefits are of putting an 03 turbo on our trucks. I have an 05 6.0 and was just wondering

really is just the sound i installed mine monday and i love it cant tell any diffrence but the sound is awsome

The only way it could give you a performance gain is if it had less miles than your turbo. And even that is just the difference in wear on the compressor wheel.

well ok then yeah just wondering cause my 05 is starting to spit oil out it has 98,000 miles on it thinking of putting an ats aurora 5000

Isn't that a NON-VGT turbo? I personally would keep VGT in the truck, but install the upgraded garrett unit.

that b sweet i only put a 03 on mine cause was cheapest way to make it sound little more wicked
