im am trying to load the strategy tune on my dads truck and it keeps saying the ecu is unsupported. can you guys tell me what this is supposed to mean?

I'm having the same problem. 40 minutes of holding, two firmware updates, and a total remote reformat from SCT did nothing. I was told they(SCT tech support, who were very nice once I did finally speak to them) would call me around 1600 today. It's now 1721, no call.

End result: is there any other programmer out there that will allow custom tunes to optimize my 155cc injectors? I'm pretty much done with SCT.
