Where's the Dipricol Coolant gauge?

Been searching around and it seems hard to find it in any stores, and the 2 I found were either out of stock or "discontinued". What's going on?

last I head about DiProcal was that they were having financial troubles

I bought the last one from Diesel Manor. It was the only one I found. They no longer deal with Dipricol.
Black Cloud Diesel says they are no longer making gauges.

So, it does look like Dipricol is going under or already has. Good thing I picked this up before it was too late. Although it sucks that I just bought gauges from a company that will probably not be around to warranty them.
