Ex bogs down in 5th gear after new injectors, egr delete ect...

I posted in the problems section but no replies, so I will try here.

I finally got done all the work done on my Ex today, RCD 90hp injectors, sinster egr delete, 6.4 banjo bolts, fuel regulator spring upgrade and cleaned the turbo.

After I got all of it done it bogs down and vibrates/shakes from 50 to 60mph while in 5th gear. I have tried all the tunes from RCD and stock, it still acts the same.

Any ideas?

I think the shake comes from the trans or motor as it bogs down.

Could be starving for fuel maybe.....running 90 hp injectors with a week pump?
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

Is this at WOT?

I have lots of power at WOT its only in 5th gear 50mph to 60mph acceleration, if I really step on it to the point it downshifts there is no problem at those speeds.

I have taken it out again and got cyl #3 injector circuit low code and she does smoke really good when I get on it hard but no smoke when I drive easy to moderate (but that could be in the tune).

I was at first thinking it was the turbo needing to be put thru a re-learn but could the injector be staying open and dumping fuel? (just thinking out loud here).

So after some digging i found that when I put the turbo back in it unplugged the #3 injector plug! Put it back together and boom, no problems at all. I now have one fast Ex that blows minimal smoke when I get on it hard!

Thanks for the help. Did you guys get that nasty dump of rain last night/early this morning? We got 2" in less than 40min!!!
I am really happy with the tunes from RCD so far, I will be getting a few from Innovative soon to compare and get a strictly econo tune (for when the wife is driving).

No we didnt get anything at all here but my GF got quite a bit in Shaunavon.
We have had more rain this summer than we got in the last two years combined lol I am sick of it already.

You cant go wrong with innivative tunes you will like them.
