Garret Stage 1 turbo and SCT tuner w/code P1120

Hey guys, just finished doing a build on a 2005 F350 w/Garret stage 1 AVNT turbo, black onyx gaskets, studs, MKM 6.0 solution and SCT Livewire preloaded tune. Truck runs mint, but Im gettin an MIL w/ code P1120, maf sensor issue. Problem is, this truck has no MAF sensor from the factory. I called SCT, they think the truck had a tune in it before and wasn't returned to stock before the Livewire tune was installed. My customer just purchased the truck before the head gaskets AND turbo let go and doesn't know the performance history to confirm or deny the possibility. Additionally, SCT simply suggested having a custom tune written and to speak to 1 of their custom dealers. I know its a long shot, but has anyone ever come across something like this?

Yea it could be a tune thats set up with a MAF, depends on the truck, return it to stock and get a new tune try that and see what you get.

Thanks for the response bud. I contacted River City Diesel in an effort to correct this issue as quickly as possible and they are writing a custom tune as we speak! The truck runs MINT except for the annoying MIL. Im sure all will be well following the installation of this tune. My customer is leaving for Colorado this weekend fom NY and I wanted a proper resolution to the 1 remaining issue. Thanks.
