Custom Tune Issues

Okay, so I finally bit the bullet and purchased a Looney Wild tune from Vivian. She had a quick response, great customer service, and had the tune to me within a few hours. I loaded the tune onto my X2 (Yes, I had the antivirus turned off.) and loaded it into the truck. Loaded fine, tried to start the truck, and it will start and almost turn over (it makes the sound when it turns over) and then falls on it's face and dies. I can't get it started for ANYTHING! Me and Vivian have been on the phone back and forth for probably an hour, trying everything we can think of to get it working. We made sure the X2 was up to date, She sent me a different revision of the tune, she sent me a normal Looney, heck, I even tried downloading the file on a different computer, and still... no start!! I just got the truck back from the dealer yesterday from an oil change, and I had the truck on the Stock programming while at the dealer. Before that I had been running Eric's Extreme Race.

Can someone please help me? Me and Vivian have tried our best, and an SCT tech is calling me in the morning!

Can't really help but I know Vivian has some of the beat custom service.I've ever expieranced she helped me while she was walking her dog lol. I finally got my truck running awesome again and I'm running her looney wild file best shifting I have had out of all my tuners good luck on the truck bud let us know.

Yeah tonight she actually talked to me while she was on her way to the hospital to see her niece in labor! She is awesome! I just wish we could get this tune working...

Can anybody get ahold of Vivian today?? I have called her 4-5 times today and emailed with no response. I think I have figured out the problem.

Fixed the problem! I think my email was corrupting the file

I feel like a royal idiot
