Trying to DL tunes but getting "Invalid SCT device" on my X3....??????

I have no clue whats wrong. I've been reading for the past hour and yet to have found anyone that has had something similar. I downloaded the "SCT device updater" and pulled up the page where it asks me to transfer custom tunes and I try but it comes back as ""Invalid SCT device". Any thoughts?

Probably have one number wrong when they added device serial number to the tune, you could call Eric and verify that.

Got everything worked out. Apparently I had to lower the security on my firewall.
