Plug it into the computer, open the LiveLoad software, and it will say Status: Unlocked, Status: Stock, or Status: Aftermarket

Unlocked= Ready to go, load it up!

Stock= Vehicle set to stock, and has the ability to be unlocked by hitting the "Unlock" button in the bottom right hand corner of LiveLoad 3

Aftermarket= Previous vehicle not set back to stock, which gives you two options:
1. Reset the vehicle to stock, or
2. Send to SCT and pay $150 to be unlocked.
