What could this be truck missing at WOT?

When I run the truck at WOT on Extreme Street Tune at higher RPMs truck is missing almost like sputtering like it is running out of fuel could it be starving for fuel? I am wanting to put an air dog I think this may help but I am pinching pennies saving to get it right now.

My turck started doing the same thing about a week age. It was fine till then.That is my gusse to what is wrong. I had planed to do fuel filters when i get payed. I know that it's time for them. My truck also runs great other then at wot. I drove 300mi. to tulsa and back. ran great. When i hit to get up speed on the inerstate it started to mis out at around 3200 rpms, then it shifted to a higher gear and was fine till got up in rpms agine.

Probably a fuel issue more then likely.

Try fuel filters mine did that and i changed the filters and it was gone
