Over 2 million 7.3 liter Power Stroke equipped Ford trucks are in operation. That's more than Chevrolet, GMC, and Dodge diesel equipped trucks combined.

Just my opinion but if you have a good running 7.3 I would keep it. I'm new to Ford diesels but my friends 7.3's have a lot less trouble than my 6.0. My brother has a 2008 6.7 with the filter delete, intake, ATS tranny and Edge Box. I don't think you could build a 6.0 to hang with his 6.7 with 10K behind it.

A 6.0 with Exhaust and custom tunes (intake not needed) will be around 400-420hp range. I dont know about the 6.7 Cummins but a dodge cant take big tunes with out trannie upgrades.
