Better fuel mileage, please help.

I have read tons of fourms on here and i can't seem to find what i am looking for. I have a 2005 F250 6.0, completly stock and i am looking for better fuel mileage. The truck has around 88 thousand miles. I am not looking to drop a ton of money into. So i guess i am wanting to know what is the most bang for your buck. This is my first diesel so everything is new to me. I am not looking for a ton of power, just better fuel mileage. Exhaust, programer, what route should i take? Some of you diesel experts please help...

an exhaust and sct with custom tunes will give you the best boost in mileage, but it all comes down to your right foot. keeping the rpms under 2k on the highway will definately improve your mileage

with the right tuning you ought to be able to get pretty good mileage or at least a big improvement over stock

The biggest thing for mileage is your right foot. Everything that is supposed to gain you mileage has lost me mileage but my right foot refuses to listen lol. My mileage sucks but my turbo vanes never get stuck.
