Anyone use the ford diesel additive?

Got my truck up on a flat bed the other day to bring it to ford. I was talking to the driver and guess there towing company has a fleet of 6.0's. And was saying how they had a hell of a time with injectors and stiction and what not. He said once they used the ford additive it solved their issues.

Anyone second this? I picked up a bottle to see how it does on my trip next week

I use it, have never had any injector issues. Been using for 1 1/2 years. I try and use it at every fill up.

I used it once. The SA at my dealership told me to use it, cause it gets rid of sulfer in the fuel. He's not real bright. I've always heard that the sulfer is what helps lubricate, so the reason to add additives, would be to gain back that loss. Anyway, I only ran one bottle. Now I use the Power Service Cetane Boost. Truck starts up fast and runs good.

I used it for awhile it seemed to increase mpg a bit and the truck seemed to start and run better. Now my buddy who used to work at ford is not there anymore so i guess i will have to start buying it from them instead of getting it for free. I ran 2 stroke oil in my last tank but have not noticed much of a difference with that. I think it ran better on the ford additive.

I used a bottle of it once (got it for free) and didn't see any noticeable results. That doesn't mean it didn't help with cetane, lubrication, etc of course.

If it's not too pricy I'd definitely recommend it, seems like a good product.

I use it with every fill up. I never had a problem with injectors with this 6.4l. My truck has 45k on her. I never noticed the MPG change.

well if you use it every fill up of course you wouldnt notice a change.gotta change something to get a change.

We must have the same service advisor; when I asked him about the need for a coolant by-pass filtration system he looked at me like a deer in head lights.
