Just lowered my truck to stock, need to change tire rotations in SCT

As the title says, what is the stock tire rotation setting?? I took the lift and 38s off my truck and went back down to stock and now it's shifting weird. Also wanted to know about changing shift pressures from the 1st to 2nd gear so it's not so hard and jerky.

Any imput is appreciated, thanks..

ps- if it matters, the truck is an 04 6.0 and tire size is 285/75/16, running IDP's extreme street tune.

285/75/16 is right around 614 revs per mile.

Sweet thanks. Any imput on the transmission shift pressures?

Should I increase or decrease to get a smoother shift?

From my understanding is lower pressures would make it shift smoother.
