I don't see anything about getting rid of the EGR in there.. I HIGHLY suggest either completely deleting it or blocking it off at least.. Especially if you're running hot tunes

You missed:

Injectors, turbo, studs, EGR delete, and CCV re-locate...maybe a fuel system, coolant filter...gauges...

i was going to try to do the egr if the heads go... some say that as soon as you delete the heads go next... i might look into that... im happy with my 03 turbo extendedm power... im happy the way it is. just looking for some stuff i missed. ccv does nothing for me or the coolant filter. no performance gains out of it... thanks though.. 155's might be the trick!

coolant filter and oil bypass are very good things for this motor. preventive maintenance. egr delete is also preventative.

Eeerrrrr.. The heads don't go after an EGR delete... lol. EGR delete is to keep the head gaskets from blowing.
Usually what happens is that an EGR delete is added AFTER the heads blow because ppl thought they had "The one"... lol
