does the light on the module suppose to be green cause its flashing amber my buddy is trying it out on his truck but it doesnt seem to do much prolly gonna get an sct but wanted to try this firts.

I believe that it depends on the power level:

1-green
2-amber
3-red

If it is flashing that means it is in safe mode because the engine is not warm yet. It should go solid at operating temp.
