oil temp or volt?

is oil temp or volts better to get? what is volts? and whats the max oil temp i need to look for if i do it?

Having both is VITAL for a 6.0l, but if you had to choose just one I would go with the water temp.

I wouldnt let it get over 210 or so. I have never seen over 201.
