Which SCT? Help Id like to order tonight

I asked this in another thread that I started but i was just asking about mods in general. I think i might order the SCT X3 from innovative unless you recommend something else. Price on their site is 429.99 can it be gotten for less?

All of the basic features are the same...tune, pull-clear codes.
Livewire - on are where you can monitor temps, see 1/4 mile times and torque.

IMO if you are planning to get gauges dont bother with getting the others. Also its one more eye catcher you have in the cab though, and I will admit it is pretty hand to be able to turn it on and see whatever you want. But like I said other things to spend money on with these trucks.

i would go with the X3 and a set of regular gauges if you dont already have them.... i would say 90% of the people that are running the extreme tune do not have upgraded head studs... just keep an eye on your gauges and you should be fine... if you have any specific questions feel free to ask

IMO, I would look around for a used SCT X2. I believe Adam at FCDP has one for sale for $225 shipped And tunes will run you about $50-$80 a piece.

raul, thats the plan the x3 and autometer gauges. Its hard to justify spending the money without a performance gain so im going to get the sct before gauges. ill just have to be responsible until i get them. I can do it though i drive to get the best mileage i can get out of a tank

I got mine for $155, and it works great! Don't be scared, with PayPal you can file a claim and get your money back if it doesn't work as described.

But I can guarantee you, if Adam Brannan is selling it, it's gonna be working flawlessly! He has great customer service, he can get you IDP's tunes, and he sell top of the line equipment. Give him a shout! You won't be disappointed
