PLEASE HELP- track arm

Truck is in pieces in driveway. Can't get passenger side of track arm off.

Is there a trick ? I noticed the end of the BOLT THREADS HAS A 13 MM END, do I loosen this ? or do I hammer the bar off ?
My adjustable track bar is waiting patiently next to my truck, but I'm runnin out of daylight !

ah ha, searched the site a little more

and found you have to hammer the fokker off. Is this correct for a 2005 as well ? Why do people need a new ball joint after removal ? Frm beating the bag out of it ?
Man, no more trips to the dealer please !

hammer on the track arm and dont hit the ball joint at the end. Eventually you will win. Mine took a while....

Added a little juice, and a little heat, banged the hell out of that sucka, and she finally came off.
