Next Step for more power...

Alright guys i think im at that limit or maybe you guys can help me out with the next step on power.

My current mods (sorry no dyno)
Spearco Intercooler, 4" MBRP Turbo back (no cat or muffler) EGR Delete with Up Pipe, Studded, Black Onyx Gaskets (heads were checked & decked too). Xtreme race tune (non studded file).

So heres my question:
1) is it worth upgrading to the studded file?

2) is it worth adding an intake and say a CFM (i know an intake isnt a necessary item till 500ish)?

3) add an air dog and/or some sticks (bc the stock turbo has more left in it)

4) new turbo, fuel and sticks.

the truck is my go to work truck but not a workhorse. I work as an engineer for a construction company. It gets in and out of jobsites a lot friendlier then a slammed vw.

I track my vw but its gutted and weighs in at 2700lbs ive also moved a few people but have never dragged anything 8000+ with no intentions for a boat or big trailer and no friends with either. A little lag doesnt bother me as my vw requires 4k+ revs to get some good spool and power so i know lag a little worse then you guys

I cant say the power level i want for the truck bc its really not there. I say this bc with the vw it was i want 200 whp, then 250, then 300, then i got 365, then i got 402 then i dropped a valve at 8200 rpms on a road race. Boost is addictive lol. So yes between two vehicles both are blown with like 60-70 combined psi lol

I would say a strong street truck but not a sled or drag truck. 500ish HP on fuel. i dont expect it to be Vw fast, but from a dig its already faster bc the truck has traction and the vw spins at 80+ depending on certain conditions.

What are the limits of the stock turbo and or stock fueling system? how about garrets bolt on upgrade the vgt 3788 (ive searched this and it looks promising without a tune alone- one guy went from like 460tq to 730)?

Ive read of guys running up to 190s on stock turbo and making some more power but roll coal like no other (not complaining anti tailgate device)
