SCT XCAL2 help

I have a sct xcal 2 and I've been running the Spartan archives hybrid race. I recently noticed strange shifting into 4th gear and also slow takeoffs from a stop (not always only once a couple weeks or so). Here’s my problem, I think the tunes are causing the tranny to act up so I decided to load tunes that I bought from ford performance specialties in atl. However, when i try using live load it doesn’t recognize the files (.cef) does anyone know how to load these files onto my tuner? Or how I cant convert them so live load will recognize them?

Go to SCT Automotive Performance Products select their tech support section. Download the newest firmware for your Xcal 2. Then it will work.

Before you do that return your truck to stock though and check how many unlocks are left
