Which Intercooler?

Spearco, BD, Banks? Which one? I know that you get extras when you buy the Banks Intercooler.

In most cases the intercooler isn't needed unless your pushing high 500 number or more. The egt drop is not that significant.

I haven't put an aftermarket cooler in my 2004 yet, but intend to. Only for the added security while towing my 32ft. 5er. I had the plastic tank on my stock cooler blow @ 32,000 mi. while towing with my Superchips @ tow safe mode. Not fun at all. Had to have trailer towed home, and I drove the truck home with 1/4 power if that. Very scary.

I like the cast tank ends that Banks uses.

Both work good just one (spearco) used to have lots of issues and the other one (banks) never really did.

id go with the spearco thats what i have and i like it

In most cases the Banks is a much more efficient piece especially for a daily driver.

BANKS BANKS BANKS!!! You will pay for it but it is the absolute best on the market!!! You wont find any end tanks blowing out on the banks, but you will on the spearco's
Fit and finish on the Banks kit is top notch.
