Looking to buy Shocks

Looking to get a set of new shocks for my truck, im not exactly sure if i have a 4" or 6" lift, because its all spring lift, not blocks. Ive got 315/75/16's under it, its my avatar pic.

Any recommendations on what brand of shock and where to get them??

My truck does a lot of towing and im not concerned with it riding smooth, if that makes any difference on shock selection.

I just ordered 5100 Bilsteins, I'll let you know in a week or so what I think

Most folks swear by the Bilstein 5100's. I'm going to be picking up a set pretty soon.

Just ordered FabTechs from River City Diesel and a dual steering stabilizer. Should have them next week

Someone on the forum just replied to a post I made indicating the Blistein 5100 are NOT available for the F250.

Is this true?

I was told by Adam at FCDP (who I initially bought the Bilstein 5100s from) that the Icons are a little better than the Bilsteins.

So I've got some Icons heading my way, I'll let you guys know what I think!

Problem with the 5100's is one size wil cover a couple of different sized lifts..you can get Bilsteins that will be a better fit. Icons great shocks just a little softer than the Bilsteins.

My truck is NOT lifted, it's all stock. So does this mean I cannot g Bilstein??

What exactly does a 2.5" leveling kit mean over my stock suspension.

You can get bilsteins, just not 5100s.
