S&B Cold Air CFM elbow

just got my s&b installed along with my cfm elbow and down-pipe thingy. now im reading a code po488 i think it was, now when installing this their r two wires that were unpluged from old parts. told me to zip tie them out of the way.. and not re-used is thais why the code is thrown and will it always be their.

no, 2004. now i removed that whole piece from the EGR the butterfly valve. thats correct right!

Probably a code for the missing butterfly valve. I believe that is somehow related to the EGR.

yea was kinda amazed it said to take it off. but once i did i realized how much more air this is getting threw without that butterfly valve on! was just curious if anyone have a 2004 and did the same thing i suppose!
