also i want to get them but i have been reading some people say its hard to read in the day time and to bright at night? do you guys feel the same?

no sure if i should sell my pillar set up now. i really like the clean look of the edge in the dashpod and that you can monitor just about everything except fuel pressure with the edge, but if you can see it in the day time its kind of pointless

I dont have a pic of mine but I have had it on for a few days now and haven't had any problems seeing it at any time of day. I don't have the dash pod yet but it is sitting where the dash pod would be.

i have no problems seeing in the daytime or at night. You can completely choose which color you want it to be, and can adjust the brightness with extreme ease. I have mine on the brightest setting during the day, then at night i turn it down almost all the way. Can still read everything perfect.

I love mine. This is the default color in the pictures. I now have it set on almost entirely Green to match the stock gauges.

thanks guys. yes i looked threw the manual on edges website and saw that you could adjust the color. but i must have over looked the brightness adjustment.

does the kit come with any sort of mount? i want to get the dash pod but it might take a few weeks before i can afford it. also does the dashpod require and drilling? i dont want to make it a perminaded set up cause i might want something different 6months or a year down the road.(i like to change it up)

No mount by itself and No drilling with the pod. There is a brightness and contrast adjustment.

No problems reading day or night...here is my set-up. I would suggest getting as much side window tinting as you can possibly to help with glare from the sun.

thanks moyock. is the screen flat? or is there a curve to it? also does the dash pod angle it towards the drivers seat any? doesnt look like it in the pictures. the pod mount looks like it would have less glare since its angled inward towards the driver seat.

also so you can do 6 gauge on a screen? i thought it was only 4 or 2 graphs? is that a updated firmware?

6 is possible on all units.

You can do 6 different parameters. I love mine, I have the dash pod like MoyockPowerstroke and im not really a fan of it, the 90* bracket that it came with suits me just fine since you can angle it as opposed to the pod which is flat with the dash
