I just got my truck back from the dealership, changed the Camshaft Position Sensor and a few other things. I would assume that they disconnected the battery, would that reset the ECU? Would I have to reflash? The truck also originally didnt come with the tuner, but when I was there today they said it came in with one and when the owner got back they would find it for me. The reason Im asking is it seemed like my MPG's dropped alot from like 17 to like 12, that a rough estimate though.

What!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They don't need to disconnect the Bats to change the cam sensor.
If they re-flashed without permission I'd be pissed.
If you had a tuner on it they couldn't take it off, tuners download to the PCM and a flash would mess the pcm up. Thats why with tuners you redownload the stock program
If you had a chip on it they could remove it and would need to but who the hell gave them permission? But you don't have a sig and since you posted in a 6.0 section you should have one so you don't have a chip
