Ill try to help egts nothing over 1200 for a long time. Boost I have hit 34 before I wouldn't hold it for very long especially with stock head bolts tyranny I have never seen over 190 while pulling my camper I would say once you get around 210 you would be pushing it the other ones I don't no but would like to hope this helps.

At what point. Idle, driving down the highway?

I am at cruising speeds on the highway 65-70 as follows.

Trans Temp 150-160*

EOT 185*

ECT 180*

boost is about 5-10 psi depending on grade

egt's are about 600-800* also depending on grade

Rear end temp and oil pressure I don't know.

On the numbers I posted.

This was after a new oil cooler was installed on Rotella 15W40. That was also on a road trip from NH to FLA and back. Consistent temps all the way down to GA-FLA then the oil and coolant temps went up to about 188*

I usually run Motorcraft 15w40.

i'm running mobil 1 5w40 and see ECT temps of 183-187 and EOT of around 190-195. But if i'm hard on the truck the ECT will jump to 190-192ish. i need to delete my EGR cooler!! i hate that stupid thing!
also, i see my trans temps between 150-158 unloaded. While towing i'll see between 161-170. Have never seen trans get higher than 175*

My only logical guess would have to do with air temps. The drive down was in the 30-40's all the way down till Central GA. Once it FLA it was shorts and flip flops all day every day.

It was only a change of about 7-8* in EOT and ECT overall.

I like to say suns out guns out.
