please help!!! no strategy found

I just got my sct x3 and it can't find the strategy number. It keeps saying error. I just got the truck a week ago I do know if it already had a tune in it or want. I need your help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! thanks J.D.

You're going to need to go to SCT website and download the SCT Device Updater to your PC. Then link your X3 to your PC's USB port and update your firmware files.
