Hey guys is it alright to do that zoodad mod if my truck is still stock? If so would I even notice a difference?

I did mine while completely stock...can't say I noticed a difference since I didn't have gauges before doing it...although, just listen around the front of the snorkel with the hood up and see for yourself the restriction to clean air that your intake is missing out on. Your Donaldson can hold up to the Zoodad...check out how I set mine up on this link.

Yeah, these 6.0L's become part of you...like it or not...one day the light comes on and you start dreaming about what you want to do next and have nightmares about what has to be fixed or might breakdown next...but, you gotta love them. Enjoy yours.

I agree,, it amazes me the fuel mileage you can get on these trucks! I always had gas burners and I pull JD equipment every day. Things have already hit me like last week had a egr valve go out and had to get one from ford!!! $600 later I was on the road,,,,o well at least there is a warranty on that I guess???
