F250 TANK

Well it will be close to a TANK here very soon

I have a 2004 F250 w/ 70k miles that currently has...

SCT w/ Xtreme Street
Intake
4" Turbo back exhaust

Parts ordered today...

$405...ARP head studs (Gosperformance.com beat Browns Diesel)
$333...EGR delete, Intake gaskets, Turbo gaskets (MMK Customs aka Sinister over RCD b/c Mike gave me a great deal on the EGR delete $285)
$195...Oil Cooler rebuild kit (Ebay)
$127...Victor Reinz head gaskets (Falcon Global ask for Charlie )
$43...Fuel Injector O-ring kit (Ford OEM)
$25...Oil pump screen (Ford OEM)

Ordering after Install...

$330...ISSPRO 3-Gauge Kit (Stealth Auto...Installing these after bc I didnt want them to get in the way of the stud and EGR delete install)
$120...Coolant Filter System (Diesel Site)

____________
$1566.00 Parts
$1600.00 Labor

$3166.00 TOTAL...but so worth every penny

I cannot explain how excited I am to finally get all this stuff done

Just a word of advise... Have the heads shaved just enough to flatten them up while it's apart. Shouldn't take more than a few thousandths. Don't plane over .0070-.008" off of them. Don't trust a straight edge to tell you they're flat. Just mill them and be done with it. Also have them checked for cracks while they're at the machine shop.

I was all about RCD at first....but just how clean MKMs kit was, is what sold me. Seemed there was more detail put into it also, and I'm all about details. Plus, I like how MKM sold 245 to RCDs 18 on Ebay.

Will do....my installer mic's the heads himself, and if they are uneven, he sends them off.

Thx for all the input guys
