RCD injectors

thinkin about gettin 190's from rcd and was wanting to hear from someone who has them and whta they think about them.

dont have them but hear rcd injectors for a 6.0 is a match made in heaven however get the extended warranty because some times minor things go wrong 2/5 times

You might want to think twice about gettin your injectors from RCD. They are great people to work with but I am not impressed with their injectors. My cousin bought a set of 90 horse injectors from them because he had 4 factory injectors go out and it was cheaper to get aftermarket ones. Got them put in and he has had problems from day one. He just went to the dealer today to get it scanned and he has 4 injectors out. He has had it in the shop replacing injectors 6 or 7 different times. After he replaces the injectors that are out right now it will be a total of 10 injectors.

I'm not trying to bash RCD or say anything bad about them or put their injectors down because i've never used them or don't know anyone that has, but elite diesel has injectors for around the same price and i don't know the comparison between mm and cc injectors but elites are cc compared to rcds mm FYI... just something to look at incase you wanted to shop....

Has your cousin had his Fuel pressure checked and made sure he's getting good quality fuel? Low fuel pressure will reak havoc on these injectors i believe anything below 45 p.s.i. is very bad news... Hope he has better luck after getting it outta the shop!!

he has an ITP regulated return on it and it holds a constant 55 psi. maybe 60, i don't remember where he has it set.
