Took my truck to a local performance shop to test my truck. Currently have 71k.
They hooked it up and discovered my ECT and EOT peaked at 175F and 220F degrees.
They determined that my Oil Cooler and EGR cooler may be failing and suspect blown headgaskets.
Road test indicated that the coolant pressure rose to 15psi. Degas bottle had foamy residue in bottle.
So after having a night of no sleep and tossing and turning and acting like a emotional school girl, my truck will be in the shop in a few weeks for the following:
egr cooler delete
HPOP fitting, etc
coolant filter system
I guess I'll be keeping this truck a long time! Now back to all the stud related threads!
