Where can i find canned tunes?

Picked up an x3 off a buddy and just wanting to mess around a little while ill save some extra cash for custom tunes. where can i find canned tunes though?

Man thats a purdy truck. If you have an X3 3000...you cannot load canned tunes...only 3 custom tunes. Only the SF3 stores both canned (5) and custom (3) tunes. Sorry. What is your trucks strategy code?

thanks man should of never sold that one. but alright that clears up my confusion. i plugged the tuner in to check the strategy and two poped up?. its an 04 if that helps. i didnt happen to write them down

I don't have an '04, but I think you have the latest flash. (Someone who has an '04 with the latest flash should confirm)...when did you get it flashed last? There were some free to try Spartan tunes, but they are way too old for you to mess with now. You may just touch base with Matt @ Gearhead or Eric @ Innovative and see how much a Daily Driver like a Street tune (somewhere in the 100hp range) would run...I'm guessing around $25 bucks...

here is a link to spartan's old sct tunes.... they arnt the best but at least you can get tunes. I used ASEon my truck for almost a year before I got matt's tunes Index of /~amon/tunes

Sorry to hijack thread. But can a X3 be loaded w/o a custom tune in order to adjust revs per mile, limiters and disable the egr? Also, is it true that the SCT disables the EGR?
