programmer question

just got my programmer back from diablo sport(predator) and done some playing with the truck today and got a question for the gurus. mine is an 04 6.0 with 124k miles and running 35's on it. most of the guys around say put it on the 100hp tune and leave for the best fuel economy and then the power will be there when u need it. some others say set it to the economy mode. so i am a little confused and which setting to put it on. i dont do much heavy hauling and 98% of my driving is to work and home. any help will be appreciated!!!!!!

I get the best fuel miliage on my race tune. I would hand calculate a tank of fuel on both tunes, driving the same style. Then you will know how you truck performs.
