Does anyone know if the SCT program is compatible with a MAC computer?

I have no clue, give SCT a call.

I did a little poking around on the website, especially in the download section, and didn't see anything for a Mac. Doesn't mean it is not supported though.

not supported directly as I know of, but I think there are a couple of things you can do to make it work, I don't remember what they are, but I am pretty sure I read it somewhere,

So I drank the "Kool-Aid" and bought a SCT Livewire for my truck tonight. What is the best way to mount it? I didn't see a mount or pillar for it anywhere on the internet...or I am drunk

Thanks for the info. I'll keep looking into it. How often do you have to connect the SCT to a computer. The reason I ask is, my wife has a netbook that has Windows 7 starter, but the netbook does not have much storage.

I honestly would have gone with the X3. I bought the Livewire and sent it back the next day. It is freaking huge and there really is no good place to mount it.
